5. Collection method and legal basis
Data is collected via website forms, email, phone, WhatsApp and in-person meetings, based on the conclusion and performance of a contract, legal obligation and legitimate interest under Article 5/2 KVKK, and your explicit consent where required.
6. Retention
Financial records and related documents are kept for the periods required by tax and commercial law, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your rights
